Made for slow mornings and long nights in, the Aurelia set is woven from long-staple Egyptian cotton at a dense 1000 thread count. The extra-long fibres spin into finer, stronger yarns, giving a smooth sateen surface with a soft lustre, a beautifully weighty drape and a feel that grows silkier with every wash.

What does thread count mean?
Thread count is the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric, counted in both directions. A higher count uses finer yarns woven more densely, which gives a smoother, weightier feel. It isn’t the only sign of quality, though: the length of the cotton fibre and the weave matter just as much.
What makes Egyptian cotton feel softer?
Egyptian cotton is prized for its extra-long staple fibres. Longer fibres spin into finer, stronger yarns with fewer loose ends, so the fabric feels smoother, pills less and keeps getting softer with every wash.
What’s the difference between sateen and percale?
Sateen is woven with more threads on the surface, which gives it a silky feel, a soft sheen and a fluid drape that resists creasing. Percale uses a simple one-over, one-under weave that feels crisp, matte and cool. Neither is better; it comes down to the feel you prefer. The Details section on each product tells you which weave it uses.
How should I wash my bedding?
Wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours, then tumble dry on low or line dry in the shade. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which weaken cotton fibres and dull the sheen. For a crisp finish, iron on a medium–hot setting while slightly damp. Always follow the Care section on the product, as some pieces need special handling.
Will it shrink?
Natural cotton can shrink slightly, mostly from hot washes and high-heat drying. Washing at 30–40°C and drying on a low setting keeps shrinkage to a minimum.
How do I choose the right size?
Open the Size Guide on the product page for exact measurements in inches and centimetres, and measure your mattress, including its depth, before you order. The fitted sheets in our duvet cover sets suit mattresses up to 16" (40 cm) deep.
What’s in a 4-piece and a 6-piece set?
Our 4-piece duvet cover sets include a duvet cover, a bedsheet (fitted or flat, your choice) and two pillowcases (shams). The 6-piece set adds two square pillowcases. The exact contents of every product are listed under What’s included in The Details.
How long does delivery take?
Bedding usually ships within 2–3 working days and arrives within 5–12 days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100, and every parcel is tracked and insured. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I return or exchange bedding?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Pieces must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 10% restocking fee applies. We can’t accept returns for a change of mind or colour preference, so please check the Size Guide before ordering.
